In addition to my extensive background in real estate, I've been successful in Franchise Sales and Mergers & Acquisitions for several of the major real estate brands in the US, including Realogy/Cendant, RE/MAX Corporate, Coldwell Banker Real Estate, ERA Real Estate and Real Living Real Estate.

Bio: Armen Nazarian has owned and operated many businesses and rental properties since 1988. Businesses that Armen has owned and operated include multiple dry cleaners locations and three tanning salons. Armen also had a successful career in real estate sales. In 2007, when Armen sold his last business, he made the decision to become a full-time Business Broker and joined Capital 1 Business Brokers. Armen is committed to helping buyers and sellers fulfill their goal of buying or selling a business.

Bio: Gary has been a licensed real estate broker for over 35 years in Michigan and has a well-established background in all facets of selling businesses and commercial real estate. Gary currently owns, leases, and manages two shopping centers in Oakland County. Additionally, Gary owns and manages a resort property and several other residential properties that he has developed. Over the last 30 years, Gary has demonstrated success as an entrepreneur in the development and management of various businesses that he has owned, including six restaurants, pizzerias and a boutique clothing store.
